If you 10 minutes or more late to your scheduled session, I will consider it canceled. If you cancel with less than 24-hours notice, you are considered no show. You may reschedule, but an additional 25% of your session price will be added to your total, which will be used as another retainer fee once a reschedule date has been placed.

A 25% retainer fee is required once a date has been scheduled. This goes towards the overall cost of your session. It is NON-REFUNDABLE should you cancel. This is an initial payment for photographer agreeing not to advertise availability of this time to any other potential client.

We understand things happen; Severe illness, it's pouring rain, you won a 10-day cruise. Whatever it may be, you may reschedule given certain circumstances with an approved notice at photographers discretion. Preferably at least 24-hour notice. Your retainer fee will be held. Your retainer is nonrefundable, nonetheless. Your retainer fee is still applicable to your total session cost. You must reschedule within 90 days of your scheduled session. Rescheduling is up to client to make it happen. We unfortunately will not chase you down to reschedule a new date and time. After 90 days, you will have to pay another 25% retainer.

We love the Augusta area, but we are open to new locations! There is a 50¢ per mile roundtrip charge for locations over 25 miles away from Augusta, Ga. This is only for locations between 25-45 miles away. If your location is between 46-70 miles away there is a $1 per mile charge roundtrip. If your location is further, please contact for a quote. If your location is for a wedding, please contact for a quote as rates may vary.
